Adventures in Babysitting - Babysitting Class

Adventures in babysitting is perfect for those with babysitting jobs - teens and older. Also perfect for babysitting services that want to enroll their babysitters for first time or remedial training.

The class covers important babysitting tips such as CPR/First Aid, fire safety, calling 911, how to handle emergencies, and relieving a blocked airway. Each participant receives a booklet, card, and a list of important information that you, as a babysitter, need to ask the parents of the children you are sitting for.

Knowing that a babysitter went through this course will make a big difference to the parent who wants to ensure that they're leaving the care of their child to someone who is responsible and will take the appropriate steps in the event something goes wrong.

"Adventures in Babysitting" prepares you with the potential life saving training every parent looks for in a baby sitter. The ability to make the right decisions in a first aid emergency.

As many looking for babysitting jobs can attest, more parents are now asking if the babysitter knows infant/child CPR and Rescue Breathing. More and more parents are expecting that the babysitter, no matter their age, knows basic first aid and emergency care.

Parenting magazines and books tell parents that one of the first questions they should ask their potential babysitter is - "What would you do if my child was choking?"

We do these classes by appointment 5 participants minimum. The cost is $60.00 dollars per person, class time is about 3 hours.
